The Prophet (peace be upon him) began with Safa. He climbed it until he could see the Ka'bah, then he faced the Qiblah, declared the Oneness of Allah, magnified Him, and said: 'La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la sharika lah...' He made dua between that, saying this three times.
