Download الإحرامOS from Google Play, complete the onboarding by selecting your language and madhab, download offline content over WiFi, then use the Guide tab for GPS-triggered ritual instructions.
To get started with الإحرامOS, download the app from the Google Play Store and open it. The five-screen onboarding flow will guide you through selecting your preferred language (Arabic, English, Indonesian, Urdu, or Turkish), choosing your madhab (Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i, or Hanbali), and specifying whether you are preparing for الحج or العمرة. After setup, the app will prompt you to download offline content and map tiles while you have WiFi access.
Once your content is downloaded, navigate using the four main tabs: Guide (ritual step-by-step instructions), Safety (health monitoring, SOS button, group tracking), Community (journal, achievements), and Profile (settings, medical card). The Guide tab is your primary companion during الحج with GPS-triggered guidance that automatically detects your location at holy sites.
For the best experience, complete the pre-departure checklist in the app before traveling, ensure your phone's GPS is enabled, and keep the app running in the background during rituals. The SOS الطوارئ button is accessible from any screen within two taps for safety.
