To perform multiple العمرةs in one trip, exit the Haram boundary (typically to Masjid Aisha at Taneem) and enter الإحرام again for each new العمرة. There is no fixed minimum waiting period, but scholars recommend allowing sufficient time for each to be performed with proper spiritual focus. Some scholars consider excessive repetition less beneficial than spending time in الصلاة, القرآن, and دعاء at the Haram.
Ensure your current العمرة is fully complete — الطواف, السعي, and الحلق/التقصير. You must have exited الإحرام completely before beginning a new العمرة.
Consider: while multiple العمرةs are جائز, some scholars suggest that time spent in الطواف, الصلاة, القرآن recitation, and دعاء at the Haram may be more beneficial than repeatedly traveling to Taneem. Make your decision based on sincere devotion.
These are the most frequent errors pilgrims make during this stage of Umrah.

Take a taxi to Masjid Aisha at Taneem (7.5 km, 10-15 minutes). You cannot enter الإحرام from within the Haram boundaries.
At Masjid Aisha, perform الوضوء or الغسل, change into الإحرام garments (men), make the intention for العمرة, and begin the التلبية. All الإحرام restrictions apply again.
Return to المسجد الحرام and perform the complete العمرة: الطواف, 2 ركعة الصلاة, زمزم, السعي, and الحلق/التقصير. Perform each component with presence and devotion.
