Make the intention for العمرة: 'Labbayk Allahumma Umratan.' Begin reciting the التلبية. All الإحرام restrictions are now in effect. Pray two ركعة of سنة at the مسجد.
Take a taxi or bus back to المسجد الحرام, reciting the التلبية throughout. Upon entering the Haram, stop the التلبية and proceed to begin الطواف.
Perform the standard العمرة: 7 circuits of الطواف (with idtiba and raml for men), pray 2 ركعة, drink زمزم, then perform السعي (7 laps between الصفا and المروة).
After السعي, shave (men) or trim (both) to exit الإحرام. Your العمرة is complete and all الإحرام restrictions are lifted.
