## Step 4: Ask the Right Questions
Contingency plans for delays and illness? On-ground team in Saudi? Communication plan during Haji? Credible operators answer confidently.
## Step 5: Verify Financial Protection
Protected trust account? Insolvency coverage? Pay by credit card for chargeback protection.
## Step 6: Get Everything in Writing
Detailed contract specifying every inclusion, exclusion, and condition. If it is not in writing, it does not exist.
