Brazilian jamaah haji apply through licensed Haji operators who coordinate with the Royal Embassy of Arab Saudi in Brasilia. Applicants must hold a valid Brazilian passport with at least 6 months validity, provide medical fitness certificates, meningitis and yellow fever vaccination proof, and passport photographs. The Saudi Embassy processes Haji visas through accredited agencies. The Federation of Muslim Associations of Brazil (FAMBRAS) provides guidance on the process. Early registration is sunnah due to the limited quota.

Brazil does not have a centralized Haji authority. Private operators must hold Saudi Ministry of Haji accreditation and comply with Brazilian travel regulations (CADASTUR). FAMBRAS and major Islamic centers in Sao Paulo, Foz do Iguacu, and Curitiba can recommend reputable operators. Many operators cater to the Arab-Brazilian community.
