Biometric enrollment is conducted at designated centers in Bangkok and southern provinces.

Pilgrims from southern provinces (Pattani, Yala, Narathiwat) often have dedicated operators familiar with the Malay-speaking Muslim community. Always verify operator registration before making payments.

Thailand's Muslim community is concentrated in the southern border provinces and Bangkok. Most Thai Muslims speak Malay (Jawi) in addition to Thai, particularly in the south. Pre-departure Haji education courses are offered by provincial Islamic committees. Thai jamaah haji should note dietary requirements are well-accommodated in Arab Saudi as halal food is standard.
