The doa when staying at a new place is: 'A'udhu bikalimatillahit-tammati min sharri ma khalaq' — I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created. Nabi said whoever says this upon stopping at a place, nothing will harm him until he departs from it.
أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ
A'udhu bikalimatillahit-tammati min sharri ma khalaq.
Meaning: I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created.

Nabi (shallallahu alaihi wa sallam) guaranteed that whoever recites this upon stopping at any place will be protected from all harm until they leave. It is especially valuable during Haji when jamaah haji move between multiple locations and accommodations.

The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'Whoever stops at a place and says: A'udhu bikalimatillahit-tammati min sharri ma khalaq — nothing will harm him until he departs from that place.'
