Shorten 4-rak'ah shalat to 2 as a traveler, combine shalat at Arafah (Dhuhr+Asr) and Muzdalifah (Maghrib+Isha), pray in tents at Mina, and carry a shalat mat at all times.
The shalat obligations during Haji are the same for men and women. As a traveler, you shorten the 4-rak'ah shalat (Dhuhr, Asr, and Isha) to 2 rak'ahs each. Fajr (2 rak'ahs) and Maghrib (3 rak'ahs) are not shortened. The specific shalat combinations during Haji are: at Arafah, combine Dhuhr and Asr at Dhuhr time; at Muzdalifah, combine Maghrib and Isha at Isha time.
During the days at Mina, women typically pray in their tent camps. Women's sections are designated within the camp areas. Praying in congregation is sunnah but not wajib for women — if the crowd or circumstances make it difficult to reach the shalat area, praying individually in your tent is perfectly valid. Carry a compact, clean shalat mat at all times — you may need to pray in unexpected locations.
Menstruating women are completely exempted from shalat during their period and do NOT need to make up missed shalat. This is a mercy from Allah and should not cause guilt or distress. Menstruating women may still make doa, dhikr, and engage in remembrance of Allah throughout the Haji — they are only exempted from the formal salah and Tawaf.
Practical tips: download a shalat time app or use IhramOS for accurate shalat times at each Haji location. Know the Qiblah direction at each site (it shifts as you move between locations). Wear clothing that allows comfortable prostration without adjustment issues. Keep a small wudhu water bottle for performing ablution when facilities are distant. In extremely crowded situations, you may pray standing or sitting if prostration is not safely possible.
