The CSAIT and the National Hac Commission coordinate registration. Pilgrims register through local Islamic councils and authorized operators. Requirements include valid passport, vaccination certificates (yellow fever, meningitis ACWY), medical fitness report, and full payment.
Hac operations are managed by the National Hac Commission with licensed operators. The CSAIT publishes approved companies. Government-organized packages are available alongside private operator options.
Chad has approximately 55% Muslim population, primarily in the north and center. The Maliki school predominates. Both French and Arabic are official languages, which helps Chadian hacilar communicate in Saudi Arabia. Yellow fever vaccination certificate is mandatory. Pilgrims should carry USD or SAR as CFA francs are not easily exchanged.
