The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'The dua is not rejected between the adhan and iqamah.' Similarly, scholars from the Salaf identified the first sight of the Kaaba as a time when dua is accepted, and Ibn Umar was reported to raise his hands upon seeing the Kaaba and make dua.
