Where can I find barber shops for halq or taqsir during Hac?

On the 10th of Dhul Hijjah and the following days, barber shops and temporary barber stations are set up extensively throughout Mina, particularly near the Cemerat bridge area and along the main pathways between tent camps. The Saudi authorities license barbers for the Hac season and ensure hygiene standards with disposable blades.

Expect significant queues on the 10th, especially during midday hours. To avoid long waits, consider going very early in the morning or later in the evening. Many Hac groups arrange for barbers to visit their camps directly. The cost is typically modest (20-50 SAR). Women do not go to barbers — they simply cut a fingertip-length from the ends of their hair privately. Some hacilar bring their own clippers or scissors as a backup option.
