Tavaf al-Wida (farewell tavaf) is wajib (farz) alimlerin cogunluguna gore and must be performed as the last act before leaving Mekke after Hac. It consists of 7 circuits without raml or idtiba. Menstruating and post-partum women are exempted from Tavaf al-Wida and incur no penalty.
Before performing Tavaf al-Wida, ensure all other Hac obligations are complete: stoning on all required days, Tavaf al-Ifadah, Say, and any remaining rituals. This tavaf should be the very last thing you do in Mekke before departing.
Perform abdest and enter Mescid-i Haram with the intention of performing Tavaf al-Wida. You are in regular clothing (not ihram) for this tavaf.
Complete seven circuits around the Kabe starting from the Hacer-ul Esved, walking counterclockwise with the Kabe on your left. Walk at a normal pace — no raml or idtiba. Make heartfelt dua, as this is your farewell to the House of Allah.
These are the most frequent errors pilgrims make during this stage of Hajj.

After completing the seven circuits, pray two rak'at behind Maqam Ibrahim or anywhere in the cami. Then drink Zamzam water with dua. Make a sincere dua that Allah grants you the opportunity to return.
Before leaving, take a moment to face the Kabe and make a final heartfelt dua. Ask Allah to accept your Hac, grant you return visits, and maintain the spiritual transformation you experienced.
Leave Mescid-i Haram and proceed directly to your transportation. The farewell tavaf should be the last thing you do — no shopping, meals at restaurants, or extended stays after it. Brief necessary stops (bathroom, collecting luggage) do not invalidate the farewell tavaf.
