Nusuk is the Saudi Ministry of Hac and Umre's official digital platform for managing all aspects of haci services. Launched as part of the digital transformation initiatives under Vision 2030, Nusuk consolidates functions that were previously handled by multiple disconnected systems. The platform handles: haci registration and identity verification, visa application processing and issuance, Hac permit allocation and management, accommodation booking and verification, transport coordination, health documentation and vaccination verification, and post-arrival services including digital wayfinding and acil durum support.

For Hac hacilar, interaction with Nusuk typically occurs through their authorized operator. The operator registers the haci's information (passport details, photograph, vaccination records) into the Nusuk system, which processes the visa application and issues the Hac permit. The haci receives a digital permit linked to their passport and biometric data. Upon arrival in Saudi Arabia, the Nusuk identity is verified at immigration. During Hac, the permit (often embedded in a smart wristband) provides access to Hac sites, links to medical records, and enables crowd management systems to track aggregate haci movements. For Umre, individual hacilar can register directly through the Nusuk app or website.

The Nusuk platform has streamlined processes that were previously paper-based, slow, and prone to errors. Visa processing times have been reduced. Accommodation verification prevents fraud and ensures hacilar arrive at confirmed hotels. Health documentation is centralized, improving acil durum medical response.
