Masjid al-Khayf is a historic cami in the southern part of Mina, at the foot of a mountain. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) prayed here during his Farewell Hac, and tradition holds that 70 prophets prayed in this location. The cami has been expanded to accommodate over 25,000 worshippers during Hac season.

A hadith narrated by Ibn Abbas states that 70 prophets prayed in this cami, making it a place of immense barakah (blessing). The cami is named 'al-Khayf' because it is situated on the slope (khayf) of the mountain. It has been renovated and expanded by the Saudi government to serve as one of the main namaz facilities in Mina.
Masjid al-Khayf is considered one of the most blessed camis in the Hac region due to the tradition that 70 prophets prayed here. Hz. Peygamber Muhammad (PBUH) himself chose to pray at this location, and scholars recommend praying here during one's stay in Mina as an act of following the prophetic sunnah.
