A woman in the state of nifas (post-partum bleeding) can perform all the rites of Hac except tavaf around the Kabe and namaz. She enters ihram, stands at Arafat, stays at Muzdelife, stones the Cemerat, and performs all other rites. She only delays her tavaf until her bleeding stops and she performs gusul. This is based on the hadith of Aisha about Asma bint Umays who gave birth at Dhul Hulayfah during the Farewell Hac: 'Hz. Peygamber (sallallahu aleyhi ve sellem) commanded her to perform gusul, enter ihram, and do all the rites except tavaf around the House until she was pure' (Sahih Muslim 1209). Sheikh Ibn Baz stated: 'The ruling on nifas is the same as menstruation with regard to Hac: she does everything except tavaf and namaz in the cami' (Fatawa Ibn Baz, vol. 16).
