Should I perform طواف on the ground floor or upper floors?

Ground floor طواف provides the most intense experience nearest the کعبۃ اللہ. You can potentially touch the حجر اسود and Yemeni Corner. However, it is the most crowded. The circuit is shortest at about 350 meters but slow-moving crowds can make each circuit take 15 to 30 minutes.

The first floor offers an excellent compromise with noticeably thinner crowds, wider circuit, and clear کعبۃ اللہ views. Particularly مستحب for families, elderly, and first-timers. Often faster than ground floor during peak times.

The rooftop is least crowded and ideal for wheelchair طواف. However, the circuit is longest, exposed to weather, and the کعبۃ اللہ is not always directly visible. During off-peak hours, ground floor with few crowds is hard to beat for spiritual impact.
