The Islamic Community of Kosovo (BIK) manages হজ্জ registration. Pilgrims apply through BIK regional offices. Requirements include valid travel document or passport, medical examination, vaccination certificates (meningitis ACWY), and package payment. BIK organizes হজ্জ through its central office and works with authorized travel agencies. Group departures include religious guides and medical personnel. Pilgrims must register exclusively through BIK-authorized channels.
Kosovo has approximately 96% Muslim population, predominantly following the Hanafi school. Albanian is the primary language. Since Kosovo's international recognition status varies, হাজীগণ should verify travel document acceptance well in advance. BIK provides comprehensive pre-হজ্জ training programs.
