When leaving আরাফাত at sunset, continue with তালবিয়াহ and istighfar. নবী করীম departed calmly, saying: 'O people, be calm. Righteousness is not in rushing.' He continued reciting the তালবিয়াহ and seeking forgiveness throughout the journey to মুযদালিফা. Make your final intense duas before sunset.
لَبَّيْكَ اللَّهُمَّ لَبَّيْكَ، لَبَّيْكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ لَبَّيْكَ. أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ الَّذِي لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ
Labbayk Allahumma labbayk, labbayka la sharika laka labbayk. Astaghfirullaha-lladhi la ilaha illa Huwal-Hayyul-Qayyumu wa atubu ilayh.
Meaning: Here I am, O Allah, here I am. Here I am, You have no partner, here I am. I seek the forgiveness of Allah, there is no god but He, the Ever-Living, the Self-Sustaining, and I repent to Him.

He continued the তালবিয়াহ and istighfar, maintaining the spiritual state of humility and devotion cultivated throughout the Day of আরাফাত.

I was riding behind the Prophet (peace be upon him) when he departed from Arafat. He kept pulling the reins of his camel to slow it down, saying: 'O people, be calm, for righteousness is not in rushing.' He continued reciting the Talbiyah until he reached Muzdalifah.
