When entering the Rawdah, the blessed area between নবী করীম's pulpit and his grave, one should send salawat upon নবী করীম and say: 'Allahumma iftah li abwaba rahmatik' — O Allah, open for me the doors of Your mercy. This area is described as a garden from the gardens of Paradise.
اللَّهُمَّ افْتَحْ لِي أَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتِكَ، اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ عَلَى نَبِيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ أَجْمَعِينَ
Allahumma-ftah li abwaba rahmatik. Allahumma salli wa sallim 'ala nabiyyina Muhammadin wa 'ala alihi wa sahbihi ajma'in.
Meaning: O Allah, open for me the doors of Your mercy. O Allah, send blessings and peace upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon his family and all his companions.
Source: Sahih al-Bukhari #1195নবী করীম (সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম) described the Rawdah as a garden from the gardens of Paradise. Praying and making dua in this blessed area carries immense reward. Scholars encourage হাজীগণ to pray two rak'ahs in the Rawdah and make their most heartfelt personal দোয়াs there.
اللَّهُمَّ افْتَحْ لِي أَبْوَابَ رَحْمَتِكَ، اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ وَسَلِّمْ عَلَى نَبِيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ أَجْمَعِينَ
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Between my house and my pulpit is a garden from the gardens of Paradise, and my pulpit is upon my Hawd (Lake-Fount).'
