After completing তাওয়াফ, pray two rak'ahs behind Maqam Ibrahim, reciting the verse: 'Wattakhidhu min maqami Ibrahima musalla' — Take the station of Ibrahim as a place of সালাত. In the first rak'ah recite Surah Al-Kafirun and in the second recite Surah Al-Ikhlas, following নবী করীম's Sunnah.
وَاتَّخِذُوا مِنْ مَقَامِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مُصَلًّى
Wattakhidhu min maqami Ibrahima musalla.
Meaning: And take the station of Ibrahim as a place of সালাত.
Source: Al-Baqarah (2:125)Jabir reported in his description of নবী করীম's হজ্জ: 'When নবী করীম (সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম) completed তাওয়াফ, he came to Maqam Ibrahim and recited: Wattakhidhu min maqami Ibrahima musalla. He then prayed two rak'ahs with Maqam Ibrahim between him and the কাবা শরীফ, reciting Surah Al-Kafirun and Surah Al-Ikhlas.' (Sahih Muslim 1218). This সালাত at Maqam Ibrahim connects the হাজী directly to the legacy of Prophet Ibrahim.
وَاتَّخِذُوا مِنْ مَقَامِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مُصَلًّى
And take the station of Ibrahim as a place of prayer.
