Izar(إِزَار) The Izar is the lower portion of the ইহরাম garment, an unstitched white cloth wrapped around the waist. It is worn by male হাজীগণ during হজ্জ and উমরাহ as part of the sacred dress code.

The Izar forms one half of the two-piece ইহরাম ensemble required for male হাজীগণ. It consists of a single piece of white, unsewn fabric that is wrapped around the lower body, typically secured at the waist with a belt or by tucking. The cloth must cover from the navel to at least below the knees. Along with the Rida (upper garment), the Izar represents the হাজী's renunciation of worldly vanity and social distinctions.
