Is তাওয়াফ valid if one has a minor impurity (hadath asghar)?

The majority of scholars hold that অযু is a condition for the validity of তাওয়াফ, based on the hadith: 'তাওয়াফ around the House is সালাত, except that Allah has permitted speaking during it' (narrated by al-Hakim, authenticated by al-Albani). However, Sheikh Ibn Taymiyyah and Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen held the opinion that অযু is মুস্তাহাব but not a strict condition for তাওয়াফ validity. If a হাজী loses অযু during তাওয়াফ, the safer opinion is to renew অযু and resume from where the circuit was interrupted.
