Ji'ranah is a miqat point approximately 25 km northeast of মক্কা মুকাররমা, famous as the location where নবী করীম Muhammad (সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম) entered ইহরাম for his উমরাহ after the Battle of Hunayn. Though farther than Taneem, performing উমরাহ from Ji'ranah carries special significance. Travel by taxi takes about 30-40 minutes.
Take a taxi (30-40 minutes, approximately 50-80 SAR) to Ji'ranah, located about 25 km northeast of মক্কা মুকাররমা. Ji'ranah holds historical significance as where নবী করীম divided the spoils of Hunayn and entered ইহরাম for উমরাহ.
Visit Masjid al-Ji'ranah where নবী করীম entered ইহরাম. Perform গোসল or অযু, and change into ইহরাম garments (men). Pray two rak'at.

Travel back to মসজিদুল হারাম reciting the তালবিয়াহ. Perform তাওয়াফ (7 circuits), pray 2 rak'at, drink Zamzam, then perform সাঈ (7 laps).
