At Fajr in مزدلفہ, pray Fajr at its earliest time, then stand facing the Qiblah at al-Mash'ar al-Haram making دعا until the sky brightens. Recite: 'Allahumma kama waqaftana fihi fahdin wa kama hadaytana fashkurna kamā hadaytana.' The قرآن commands: 'Remember Allah at al-Mash'ar al-Haram' (2:198).
فَاذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ عِنْدَ الْمَشْعَرِ الْحَرَامِ ۖ وَاذْكُرُوهُ كَمَا هَدَاكُمْ وَإِنْ كُنْتُمْ مِنْ قَبْلِهِ لَمِنَ الضَّالِّينَ
Fadhkurullaha 'indal-Mash'aril-Haram. Wadhkuruhu kama hadakum wa in kuntum min qablihi la minad-dallin.
Meaning: Then remember Allah at al-Mash'ar al-Haram. And remember Him as He has guided you, for indeed, you were before that among those astray.
Source: Al-Baqarah (2:198)Standing at مزدلفہ after Fajr and making دعا until the sky brightens is a قرآنic commandment (2:198). نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) prayed Fajr at the earliest possible time, then stood at al-Mash'ar al-Haram making دعا and dhikr, saying: 'I have stopped here, but all of مزدلفہ is a stopping place.' (Sahih Muslim 1218). He then departed before sunrise towards منیٰ, beginning the rituals of Yawm al-Nahr.

Then remember Allah at al-Mash'ar al-Haram.
