When first seeing the کعبۃ اللہ, the حاجی should raise their hands and make any sincere دعا, as this is a moment of acceptance. The مستحب دعا includes: 'Allahumma zid hadhal-bayta tashrifan wa ta'dhiman wa takriman wa mahabah' — O Allah, increase this House in honor, veneration, respect, and reverence.
اللَّهُمَّ زِدْ هَٰذَا الْبَيْتَ تَشْرِيفًا وَتَعْظِيمًا وَتَكْرِيمًا وَمَهَابَةً، وَزِدْ مَنْ شَرَّفَهُ وَكَرَّمَهُ مِمَّنْ حَجَّهُ أَوِ اعْتَمَرَهُ تَشْرِيفًا وَتَكْرِيمًا وَتَعْظِيمًا وَبِرًّا
Allahumma zid hadhal-bayta tashrifan wa ta'dhiman wa takriman wa mahabah, wa zid man sharrafahu wa karramahu mimman hajjahu awi'tamarahu tashrifan wa takriman wa ta'dhiman wa birra.
Meaning: O Allah, increase this House in honor, veneration, respect, and reverence. And increase those who honor and respect it — from those who perform حج or عمرہ to it — in honor, respect, veneration, and righteousness.

Scholars from the early generations (Salaf) considered this among the moments of guaranteed acceptance of دعا. Umar ibn al-Khattab said: 'The eyes are cooled by seeing the کعبۃ اللہ.' It is مستحب to make one's most heartfelt personal دعائیں at this time.
اللَّهُمَّ زِدْ هَٰذَا الْبَيْتَ تَشْرِيفًا وَتَعْظِيمًا وَتَكْرِيمًا وَمَهَابَةً، وَزِدْ مَنْ شَرَّفَهُ وَكَرَّمَهُ مِمَّنْ حَجَّهُ أَوِ اعْتَمَرَهُ تَشْرِيفًا وَتَكْرِيمًا وَتَعْظِيمًا وَبِرًّا
The Prophet (peace be upon him) was asked: 'What supplication is most heard (accepted)?' He said: 'In the last part of the night, and at the end of the obligatory prayers.' It is also narrated from the Salaf that dua upon first seeing the Kaaba is accepted.
