بِسْمِ اللَّهِ، اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخُبُثِ وَالْخَبَائِثِ
When the Prophet (peace be upon him) entered the restroom, he would say: 'Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-khubuthi wal-khaba'ith.'
Before entering the restroom, say 'Bismillah' then: 'Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-khubuthi wal-khaba'ith' — O Allah, I seek refuge in You from male and female evil jinn. Enter with the left foot. This protects from the unseen harms present in impure places.

Bismillah. Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal-khubuthi wal-khaba'ith.
Meaning: In the name of Allah. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the male and female evil ones (jinn).
Source: Sahih al-Bukhari #142নবী করীম (সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম) taught that impure places are frequented by jinn and shayatin. Saying 'Bismillah' before entering serves as a barrier, and seeking refuge in Allah provides divine protection. This simple practice transforms a mundane daily act into a moment of remembrance and protection, keeping one connected to Allah throughout the day.
