الروضة
The Rawdah (also called Riyad al-Jannah, 'Garden of Paradise') is one of the most spiritually significant places in Islam. নবী করীম Muhammad (সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম) said: 'Between my house and my pulpit is a garden from the gardens of Paradise, and my pulpit is upon my Hawd (pool in Paradise)' (Sahih Bukhari and Muslim). The area is approximately 22 meters long and 15 meters wide, marked by distinctive green carpet (while the rest of the মসজিদ has red carpet). Pillars within the Rawdah mark historically significant locations. Due to its immense spiritual value, the Rawdah is extremely crowded, especially during হজ্জ and উমরাহ seasons. Separate visiting times are allocated for men and women. Pilgrims visiting মদীনা মুনাওয়ারা (typically before or after হজ্জ) make every effort to pray in the Rawdah, as সালাতs there carry extraordinary virtue. Visitors should also send salawat (blessings) upon নবী করীম at his blessed tomb.
