How does IhramOS track health during Hajj and Umrah?

IhramOS includes a health monitoring dashboard in the Safety tab that helps pilgrims stay aware of their physical condition. The hydration tracker lets you log water intake and provides customizable reminders to drink water at regular intervals. The reminders are smart enough to pause during prayer times.

The heat index display shows current estimated temperature and humidity conditions, providing color-coded alerts so you can make informed decisions about outdoor activity timing. Step counting tracks your daily walking distance, helping prevent exhaustion.

You can store a medical card with your blood type, conditions, allergies, and medications, accessible even from the lock screen in emergencies. All health data is processed and stored locally. Important: IhramOS is NOT a medical device. In emergencies, call 997.
