By downloading, installing, or using IhramOS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. We may update these terms periodically, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

IhramOS is a mobile application that provides pilgrimage guidance, dua library, GPS tracking, health monitoring, and community features for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims. The app is designed to work offline and does not replace official Saudi Ministry of Hajj services or medical advice.

Religious guidance in IhramOS is compiled from established scholarly sources across the Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i, and Hanbali madhahib. This content is informational and does not constitute a fatwa. Users should consult qualified scholars (ulama) for personal religious rulings. IhramOS is not a religious authority.

IhramOS is not a medical device. Health features including heat alerts, hydration reminders, step counting, and energy monitoring are informational estimates only. They do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. In medical emergencies, call 997 (Saudi Arabia) or your local emergency number immediately.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device. You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it, or use it for any purpose that violates applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets minimum requirements and for downloading offline content before your pilgrimage.

All content, design, code, and branding in IhramOS are owned by IhramOS or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. User-generated content (journal entries, photos) remains your property.

IhramOS is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to reliance on GPS tracking, health data, or emergency features. SOS and group tracking depend on device hardware, battery, and network availability and do not guarantee rescue or safety.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
