مِيقَات قَرْن المَنَازِل
Qarn al-Manazil is one of the five Miqat stations designated by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). It serves pilgrims coming from central Arabia, including those traveling from Riyadh, Taif, and the broader Najd region. The modern town of Al-Sayl al-Kabeer marks this Miqat, featuring a mosque and facilities for pilgrims to perform Ghusl and change into Ihram garments. Being one of the nearest Miqat points to Makkah, it is heavily used by Saudi residents and Gulf visitors traveling overland. Pilgrims arriving at Taif's airport also use this Miqat. The area is mountainous, situated in the Sarawat mountain range, and historically served as a resting point on the caravan route between Najd and the Hejaz.
